Description

Mixed Use. ADD ALTERNATE #1 – In lieu of re-finishing existing wood floors, demo existing and provide and install vinyl plank flooring on new plywood subfloor. ALLOWANCE #1 – Utility Fee Allowance: Include the sum of $80,000.00 for direct charges by utility companies related to utility connections.
