Lakewood's Maintenance Decant/Tank Farm Project consist of demolishing an existing concrete containment area location on the north/east side of the maintenance campus located at 1050 Quail Street, Lakewood, Colorado and constructing a new tank farm secondary containment and decant system. Please reference the Bid Schedule in Section 00 41 00 and R-001 of the plan set for specific work items list. The project is to be completed within Forty-Five (45) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
