| Description | THE BOROUGH OF HAWORTH WINTER TREE PROGRAM FOR 2023. MORE PARTICULARLY, THE BOROUGH SEEKS BIDS FOR THE COST OF REMOVING VARIOUS SPECIES OF TREES AND STUMPS AND PRUNING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH. Each proposal must be placed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Borough Clerk/Administrator, Municipal Building, 300 Haworth Avenue, Haworth, New Jersey with the name and address of the bidder and the words SEALED BID FOR THE BOROUGH OF HAWORTH WINTER TREE PROGRAM FOR 2023 printed thereon. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any cause whatsoever. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 and Affirmative Action and Executive Order 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity, as amended, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. All bids are subject to the requirements of all laws and regulations affecting the same. |
