Cross Creek West Boulevard Extension No. 1 Street Dedication Reinforced Concrete Paving

For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to “Construction of Cross Creek West Boulevard Extension No. 1 Street Dedication Reinforced Concrete Paving for Fort County MUD No. 214, Fort Bend County, Texas." Scope of Project: 17,867 SY of 8-inch subgrade preparation 8,749 LF of reinforced concrete curb 15,936 SY of 8-inch reinforced concrete pavement Storm Water Pollution Control Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
