North Main Street Storm Sewer Project

The work under Contract No. 2022-06 generally consists of construction of storm sewers, facilities, and appurtenances along with applicable restoration along Main Street and North Main Street Bidder's Surety -- a Certified Check Payable to the Greenville Borough or a Bid Bond on the Bid Form Executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company Approved by the Owner, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of Bid, Must Be Submitted With Each Bid or Bids Will Be Considered Nonresponsive and Immediately Rejected. Successful Bidding Bidder Awarded This Contract Shall Provide a Performance Surety in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of The Contract Amount.
