Description

Provide construction services and materials for the renovation of the main lobby and three suites on the first floor at 9019 Old Battlefield Blvd (also known as the Merchants Square building), for future use by Spotsylvania County. There is one additive alternate to provide a public restroom in the Department of Economic Development on the 3rd floor of the building. The successful Contractor shall perform all construction activities and provide all construction management, necessary tools, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, and supervision to complete the Project.
