NSWCPD Bldg 4, 77L, 77H, and 756 Sprinkler Riser Repairs

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for repairs to multiple fire suppression system sprinkler risers located in Bldgs 4, 77L, 77H, and 756 at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC). The anticipated solicitation will be issued on or about 19 January 2021 and will close approximately 30 days after. It will include firm-fixed-price contract line items for repairs to sixteen (16) wet sprinkler systems. In general, work includes the replacement, installation, reconfiguration, and/or removal of alarm check valves, isolation valves, excess pressure pumps, water gongs, piping, drain lines, low-voltage alarm components, and trim piping components. At the completion of the work, the system shall be inspected and tested for proper operation. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies to perform the work.
