Court Street Green Street Improvements

The Work under this Project consists of retrofitting three blocks of the Court Street corridor between Crawford Parkway and London Street in the Downtown area of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. This includes, but is not limited to construction of bioretention areas and grassed median, full depth roadway replacement, replacement of 8-inch diameter water main, water service installations and reconnections, all required fire hydrants, valves, tees, bends, fittings and appurtenances for water, 10- inch diameter sewer force main, 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer; sewer lateral installations and reconnections, including cleanouts; all required manholes, valves, tees, bends, fittings and appurtenances for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, OPP storm sewer lining; all required manholes, drainage structures, tees, bends, fittings and appurtenances for storm sewer; excavation, backfilling, compacting, testing, disinfection, pavement reconstruction and overlay, restoration; and all incidental materials and equipment which are required in order to provide complete and in-place installations.
