Elevated Water Storage Tank Inspection and Maintenance

Annually inspect and report the status of seven (7) elevated storage tanks and fully clean and paint both the exterior and interior of each elevated storage tanks once within the contract period. Also included in this contract is the following (inspection and reporting required): exterior cleaning and painting of the Granular Activated Carbon Columns (GACC) & Anti-Siphon Loop, exterior painting of the Lime Silo, interior cleaning and painting of the Lime Mix Tank, exterior inspection of the pressure filters, cleaning and painting of the Water Treatment Plant Clear Wells (hereinafter referenced as WTP Facilities). The organization or individual must be familiar with relevant American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards and Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Source Category Permit requirements.
