Remove, dispose of all existing wallpaper (entire building) Repair damage to wall and repaint interior of building. Color to be determined by owner. Install owner-furnished light fixtures (fluorescent to LED). Kitchen: Remove, dispose of, and replace existing floor with VCT tile. Color to be determined by owner. Remove, dispose of, and replace cabinets. Solid wood for both wall and base cabinets, with laminate tops. Color to be determined by owner. Restrooms: Remove, dispose, and replace all toilet partitions (both men’s and women’s rooms) with laminate partitions. Color to be determined by owner. Remove, dispose, and replace floor with VCT tile. Color to be determined by owner. Install new mirrors above sinks in both restrooms. New door signs.
