Building Exterior Painting and Necessary Repairs

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and any required permitting to perform all work necessary to complete existing Exterior Painting and Necessary Repairs of bldgs. 8 thru 25 and any additional exterior needs as indicated below: 1. Pressure was entire building to be painted including front and rear patios. 2. Remove all damaged siding, replace with new siding to match. 3. Remove leaves & debris from existing gutters, repair/replace gutters as necessary. 4. Evaluate damages stucco / cracked stucco, patch / repair as necessary. 5. Prep and caulk exterior walls and windows where needed. 6. Evaluate louver vents, repair or replace as needed. 7. Evaluate damaged facia boards, repair / replace as necessary. 8. Remove front / rear screen doors do not replace, repair damaged door frame if necessary. (WPHA will provide dumpster for disposal of construction debris including screen doors) 9. Remove existing doorbell and replace with door knockers (knockers provided by WPHA) 10. Paint entire exterior walls and exterior doors of each identified building (paint provided by WPHA). 11. Evaluate flashing repair / replace to eliminate current and future water intrusion (Only on buildings where roof has not been replaced) at The Meadows Apt Complex, 718 Margaret Square., Winter Park, FL 32789 as further described below.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
