RFQ Engineering- Public Notice and Collection of Architect-Engineer (A/E) Qualifications - SF 330s

In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.603(a) and VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.603, the Columbus VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) is requesting SF 330s from A/E firms wishing to be considered for Government contracts for the upcoming projects. The below list accurately reflects the projects, but the VA reserves the right to update or change the list based on mission need: Project No. Project Name Project Description 757-24-101 - Install UPS for Radiology and Surgery - Renovate existing Radiology conference room/office space to accept new UPS system 757-21-101 - Replace Roof Building 1A - Replace approximately 130,000 square feet of TPO Fully Adhered Roof 757-23-101 - Replace Air Cooled Chillers - Replace two existing air-cooled chillers 757-24-201 - Perform HVAC Study - Study is intended to identify existing deficiencies compared to the most current HVAC design requirements 757-24-202 - Install Exterior Emergency Call Lights - Install new exterior emergency call blue lights and phones 757-24-203 - Correct PSDM Deficiencies - This project will correct various PSDM and security deficiencies throughout the facility North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes 541310 and 541330 are applicable to this posting. Product Service Codes (PSCs) C1AA, C1DA, C1DB, C1DZ and C1EB are applicable to this posting. If this process needs to be used for a longer term, IAW FAR 36.603(d), any established data file will be reviewed and updated at least once per year. If this happens the CO will request the updated files. No updated files will be accepted unless requested.
