Prestonia Grounds and Infrastructure Improvements

Project scope for site work includes removal of existing earth spoils for disposal off-site, site clearing and erosion control, demolition and removal of existing stone walls and stone sign base, new chain link fencing and gates, hydroseeding and sod and asphalt repairs. Electrical and data scope includes extension of new electrical service from the south to future sign improvements and to provide an additional electrical panel and service, and extension of data from the existing Gate 1 location to future sign improvements

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
Division 41 -	Material Processing and Handling Equipment.
