Description

Project includes construction of three new elevated levels of parking above the existing rooflevel; extension of the existing stairs and elevators; two new passengerelevators; renovationsto the interior of the passenger terminal building; extension of the existing building systems; generalsite restoration, construction phasing and sequencing,security, and solar PV. In addition to the construction services, the CM shall also provide Preconstruction Services whichshall include, butare not limited to, Target Value Delivery, cost estimating, scheduling, participation in design and constructability workshops, crane access, phasing andlogistics, Last Planner™ System, and support in the preparation of trade packages. The CM shall be expected to work closely with Massport’s team includingits Project Managerand design team in orderto effectively implementthe project.
