2021 Infrastructure Maintenance

Location No. 1-Alley Maintenance: Approximately 400 feet of alley reconstruction will be performed providing a PCC pavement on an aggregate sub base The east alley approach will also be reconstructed. Location No. 2-North Campus Infrastructure Repair: Approximately 465 feet of alley reconstruction will be performed providing a PCC pavement on an aggregate sub base. The alley approaches will also be reconstructed. Location No. 3-North Campus Infrastructure Repair: Approximately 330 feet of alley reconstruction will be performed providing a PCC pavement on an aggregate sub base. The alley approaches will also be reconstructed. Location No. 4-Brick Street Rehabilitation: Brick pavement patching will be performed. Sidewalk ramps will be reconstructed and and deteriorated combination concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk will be removed and replaced. Location No. 5-Sidewalk Rehabilitation: Sidewalk ramps will be reconstructed and deteriorated sidewalk will be removed and replaced. Location No. 6-Sidewalk Gap: Approximately 290 feet of sidewalk will be constructed on Broadmoor Drive. Approximately 255 feet of existing sidewalk will be removed and replaced between Devonshire Drive and McDonald Court. Location No. 7- Mellon Building Sidewalk Replacement: Approximately 506 feet of sidewalk will be replaced on the south side of John Street and the west side of New Street. Location No. 8-Parking Lot Improvements: The parking lot at the southwest corner of 2nd Street and University Avenue will be reconstructed with curbed islands, aggregate base course, and HMA resurfacing. Location No. 9-Public Works HMA Resurfacing: Various areas at the Public Works Maintenance Facility will be resurfaced.
