Description

This project aims to improve the visibility of 8 existing crosswalks. This will be done by the installation of new signage with rectangular rapid flashing beacons, as well as bringing the pavement markings up to current standards. In order to replace the existing pavement markings milling and resurfacing will be required. The milling length will be 50 feet longitudinally centered around the existing crosswalk. The width will be as shown in the plans, which was designed to remove all conflicting pavement markings.
