Fire Station 15 Temporary Modular Housing

Provide and install structure to be used as temporary living quarters for 2 Public Safety employees during the station renovation. Utility connections to water, sewer (temp storage tank), and power. Mobilization to the property, setup, demobilization, and removal once the structure is no longer needed. Structure to include 2 bedrooms, restroom w/1 shower, 1 lavatory, 1 water closet, kitchen w/ refrigerator and range, and living room. Structure shall have functioning HVAC system sized appropriately for the unit. Structure to be approximately 72’ x 12’
