Description

constructing Gagon Lift Station New 12" Force Main, City of Rockport, Texas. The project consists of the construction of approximately 3015 LF of 12" PVC force main, ductile iron fittings, pavement repairs and miscellanies items required to complete the project. Bidders must submit a Cashier's or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to the City of Rockport,issued by a bank satisfactory to the City of Rockport, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable surety company, payable to the City of Rockport, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a contract using the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to Bidder
