**As of April 20,2023. project was awarded to Bellator Builders & Development LCC, awarded amount is $1,295,294.25.** For South Costilow Street Extension The Project generally consists of constructing new water, sewer, stormwater, roadway approaches to a new at grade public railroad crossing of Patriot Rail Company LLC track as well as other subsidiary Project components. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the City, accept the bid that is in the City best interest in accordance with the State of Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 Title 61, Latest Revision. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Crist Engineers, Inc., 205 Executive Court, Little Rock, AR 72205, 501-664-1552. Prospective Bidders may request to examine the Bidding Documents at 210 North Broadway, Broken Bow, Oklahoma 74728, on Mondays through Fridays. The character of the proposed construction contract is contained within the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 7 calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
