The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovate and construct a 2,842 square foot addition to the existing 7,363 square foot building for a 10,203 square foot building. The land use was presented to the City of Sterling Heights Planning Commission November 10, 2021 and approved. As of September 30, 2022, the project was deemed by the owner to be over-budget and would be re-designed to bring costs down.
