| Description | The scope of work includes construction of a First Responders Memorial Plaza, a Town Sign retaining wall and a paver plaza with a historic bell and canopy structure, and the reconstruction of a 9/11 Memorial at the Abele Memorial Park, at the intersection of NY-Route 236 and Harris Road in Clifton Park, New York 12065. Contract No. 1 – Construction of First Responders Memorial and Harris Road Plaza Improvements, generally consisting of installation of all items in the Contract Documents including but not limited to clearing and preparing the site for construction, installation of thermal and rocked finished memorial granite, concrete pavers, landscaping, in-ground & landscape lighting, retaining walls, and pin-mounted lettering. Contract No. 1: Alternate #1 – Light Poles and Fixtures, consisting of removal and disposal of existing pole mounted lighting, conduit and concrete bases in the project area, and installation of new light poles, pole top fixtures, concrete bases, and associated conduit. Contract No. 1: Alternate #2 – Historic Bell Plaza and Shade Canopy, consisting of clearing and preparing the site for construction, installation of concrete pavers, canopy structure, lighting, historic bell relocation, and concrete flatwork. | ||
