The scope of work for the Project consists of: (1) site preparation; (2) demolition and protections; (3) earthwork, grading and drainage; (4) concrete, metal and wood hardscape construction; (5) metal fabrication and erection; (6) lighting and electrical; (7) site furnishings; (8) landscape irrigation; (9) planting; and (10) a ninety (90) day landscape maintenance period. Permits for the project have been obtained by Owner. Please see Invitation to Bid document. Hard copies of the plans will be available for review at the Owners office on Monday April 3, 2023. martin debrovner park is a 4,750 sf urban open space within uptown houston at the intersection of san felipe road and south post oak lane. the project shall construct detention improvements, accessible walks and steps, paving and synthetic lawn surfaces, park identity wall, chairmen's wall, park identity column, lighting, site furnishings, irrigation and planting improvements CONTRACTOR must complete the work by Monday, October 2, 2023. MARTIN DEBROVNER PARK IS A 4,750 SF URBAN OPEN SPACE WITHIN UPTOWN HOUSTON AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAN FELIPE ROAD AND SOUTH POST OAK LANE. THE PROJECT SHALL CONSTRUCT DETENTION IMPROVEMENTS, ACCESSIBLE WALKS AND STEPS, PAVING AND SYNTHETIC LAWN SURFACES, PARK IDENTITY WALL, CHAIRMEN'S WALL, PARK IDENTITY COLUMN, LIGHTING, SITE FURNISHINGS, IRRIGATION AND PLANTING IMPROVEMENTS.
