Miller Road Paving, Drainage and Utility Improvements

Deadline for questions is February 11, 2022 at 2:00pm. All questions shall be submitted to purchasing@rowlett.com. Work no later than 300 calendar day This project consists of approximately 5,750 linear feet of Miller Road from Glen Hill Drive to Dalrock Road and 1,000 linear feet of Chiesa Road at its intersection with Miller Road in Rowlett, Texas, from a two-lane rural roadway to a 4-lane divided thoroughfare. Major items include 39,224 square yards of reinforced concrete pavement, 6,640 tons of hot-mix asphalt pavement, 6,112 total linear feet of reinforced concrete storm drain, 177 total linear feet of sanitary sewer line, 3,777 total linear feet of water main, and various other items. The work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, tools, material, and equipment, and for performing all work necessary for construction of Miller Road within the approximate limits as listed in SC.02 and all related work as shown on the plans.
