Job Order Contract

Online Q&A No Job order contract for one year term. Contractor to furnish all labor and materials for up to single job order contracts, which is a competitively bid, firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract. Up to two (2) contracts will be awarded with a minimum $1,000,000.00 with the option to increase to the maximum of $3,000,000.00 with the option to increase to the maximum of $3,000,000.00 within the term of the contract. The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months, unless the maximum value of the contract is achieved prior to the completion of the contract term. Bid proposal packages are obtainable by prequalified contractors, licensed in the State of California and registered with the DIR to bid public works projects. Evidence of prequalification must be submitted to Cheryl Loyko, publicworks@csufresno.edu prior to receiving a bid package. Bidders must be prequalified with the Trustees. Bidders shall register and log in to Electronically to apply for prequalification at :Electronically and must also meet the criteria contained in a Supplementary Prequalification Form provided in the bid solicitation documents, in order to bid this contract. Supplementary Prequalification are in the documents section. Completed prequalification application and Supplementary Prequalification form must be submitted online at least ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening date.
