Renovation of Central Administration Building

Scope of Work: 1. Update the existing 7060 Camp Bowie site to become a new home to centrally locate the FWISD Administration divisions and Board of Education. The administrative building will house: Board of Education, Superintendent, Division of Policy & Planning, Equity and Excellence, Academics, School Leadership, Student Support Services, Innovation and Transformation, Business and Finance, Risk, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Human Capital Management, Strategic Communications, Operations, and Technology. All divisions and shared spaces will be renovated with new finishes and technology. 2. The building is approximately 139,000 square feet and consists of a finished basement, main floor, mechanical mezzanines and second floor, sitting on 12 acres of land. 3. The site survey and building assessment report are posted to the district website with this RFQ – CMAR. HUB Goal 25%

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
