| Description | Successful Bidder (hereinafter in this Scope referred to as Contractor) shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide generator preventative maintenance services that will meet the requirements of the Agreement. The Agreement also includes a limited provision for repairs and replacement of associated power generation components. The term of the agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional two-year term. |
