Three (3) Vault Toilets with Installation - Modoc National Forest

Manufacture, deliver, set in pre-excavated hole, and assemble three single-stall pre-cast concrete vault toilets per the attached specifications. Toilet shall be Boom Concrete Clovermist Plus Model, CXT Gunnison Model, or equivalent or better. Vault toilet should include all accessories for its use. The cost will include a crane and operator to unload and place the vault and toilet structure in the prepared site. If excavation option is exercised the contractor will be responsible for full installation. Otherwise, the government will perform site preparation and excavation before installation of new precast vault toilets, as well as backfilling and cleanup operations. The Forest Service is seeking to purchase three (3) single-stall pre-cast concrete vault toilets. Toilets will be installed in new locations at trailheads and recreation sites. Vault toilets will be prefabricated products currently used nationwide for continuity purposes and ease of product availability and repairs. Project locations will include Pine Creek Basin Trailhead, Pit River Trailhead, and Rainbow Obsidian Collection Site.
