| Description | Construction of a Roof Replacement Project for Alphin Stuart Arena at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. The project is generally described as a tear-off replacement of approximately 4,400 SF of existing fully adhered EPDM roof with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, including new insulation and flashings and standing seam. Also included are cleaning, repairs and addition of ice/snow guards to the existing standing seam trapezoidal rib metal roof (approx. 44,000 sf). All work to be completed as required for a complete watertight roof system. |
