| Description | This specification describes the hauling of ash from the McKay Bay Waste to Energy Facility, located at 107 North 34th Street, to various locations that may be used by the Department of Solid Waste and Environmental Program Management of the City of Tampa. Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors. Please be advised that even if you have a self declared attribute, your firm must complete the City of Tampa certification process in order to take advantage of the program benefits in City bidding opportunities.
