This project includes remedial actions at the Former Pistol Range area, which specifically consist of the staging and placement of clean soils to form a protective cap above an area of lead-impacted soils and bullet fragments. The bidder’s scope elements shall include the remedial action as further described herein, as well as clearing, fence demolition, soil stockpile transport and staging, final grading, fence reconstruction, and Erosion and Sediment Control elements pursuant to the NPDES permit covering the project.
