Pearl Street Parking Garage Repairs

DCAMM Certification. The Parking Garage was constructed in 1988 and has three levels with a total of 287 parking spaces. The structure is constructed with a cast in place concrete frame and pre-cast concrete tee beams, that form the parking deck and has two, three-story stairways with an exterior brick veneer that in need of masonry repairs. The City is seeking to repair the grout pockets and sealant joints of all pre-cast parking deck and walls.
