| Description | The removal and replacement of approximately 18,535 square feet of existing 4 Ply BUR and roof insulation system with expired warranty and replace with new mechanically fastened w/ induction fastening system (RINOBOND) for single-ply(TPO) roofing membrane system, insulation (Min. R-30), caulking, roof accessories, metal cap and metal edge flashing. Remove and replace existing penthouse metal wall and roof panel system approximately 262 square feet. Provide new safety guardrails, roof hatches and ladders. Reworking of existing curbs at existing roof hatches, mechanical roof tops and exhaust fans are included in the project scope. Repair misc. exterior building items that have failed to ensure weather tight building envelope. Provide (1) new roof ladder from different rooftop heights; the repair of miscellaneous exterior building finishes, sealants and siding; the installation of new ½” exterior FRT plywood sheathing over existing parapet/curb walls to allow for installation of new single-ply membrane flashing where occurs; the installation of new safety guardrails at existing serviceable mechanical rooftop equipment located less than 10’ from edge of existing roof parapet/curb. | ||
