1.Concrete repairs including bon concrete repairs including bonded concrete topping repair and routing and sealing of concrete cracks. 2.Concrete encasement repairs at column bases. 3.Cleaning and coating of existing steel framing and installation of new fireproofing at select locations under ground level slab. 4. Application of traffic-bearing membrane over steel beam lines and new wear course to entire ground level plan area. 5.Installation of waterproofing at east vehicular entrance. 6.Miscellaneous masonry work including joint repointing and repair of cmu face shells. 7.Remove and replace two doors and frames on north elevation. 8.Painting and sealant installation at sills of exterior wall openings. 9.Installation of new anchors at front entrance sign. 10. Clean and paint steel bumpers at pipe locations. 11. Alternate: cleaning and coating of existing steel framing and installation of new fireproofing at select locations under second level slabded concrete topping repair and routing and sealing of concrete cracks.
