Description

CONTRACT NO. 22-S2 2021 CIPP REPAIR PROGRAM (PROJECT E - WEST) The scope of the work generally includes approximately 10,500 linear feet of CIPP manhole to manhole lining of existing sanitary sewers, reinstatement of sanitary sewer laterals, and all necessary labor, materials and appurtenances for said construction. All work shall be constructed according to bid requirements, Contract Drawings and Specifications which are on file at the office of Peters Creek Sanitary Authority and Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc., 846 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108-1522. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Authority's Regular Board Meeting at approximately 6:30 PM on June 27, 2022 at the Peters Creek Sanitary Authority office. Any questions on ordering the bid documents are to be directed to Haus Printing at 412-231-7700 or printshop@hausprinting.com. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE (412-264-4400, Ext. 212). The project is being financed in part by a Local Share Account (LSA) Grant via the Redevelopment Authority of Washington County (RACW). Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Authority. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Peters Creek Sanitary Authority to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances or resolutions. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
