| Description | The contractor shall remove fumiture on the main floor in areas to be refinished (pink highlighted areas in Attachment A). The contractor shall clean all areas of flooring (pink highlighted areas in Attachment A) to ensure they are clear of foreign matter and clear of dust and debris. The contractor shall cover and prevent areas that are susceptible to being covered with finish such as baseplates, sleeves in the floor, etc. The contractor shall apply 3 coats of wax and buff areas (pink highlighted areas in Attachment A) using products in accordance with recommendations of the manufacturer. The contractor shall ensure the areas (pink highlighted areas in Attachment A) have a uniform smooth appearance with no visible swirl marks. The contractor shall return all moved items to their proper position when all operations have been completed. |
