| Description | Requires a signal performance measure system located within the City of Boca Raton, hereafter known as the City. The Department has contracted with the City to provide maintenance and operations of the signal system. The Vendor shall provide a software only or hardware/software solution and technical support to gather signal performance measures for a period of 36 months. Additionally, the Vendor shall provide support to the Department, and/or the City, within 24 hours of the Department Project Manager’s request. |
