This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Multi-Media Compliance Services with an Emphasis on Fuel Storage Tanks/Spill, Air, and Waste/Materials services at various locations within Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington’s (NAVFAC WASH) area of responsibility including but not limited to the following States: Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. The resultant contract may be used in the rest of the U.S. and its territories, including Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and other outside of contiguous United States (OCONUS) installations.
