Description

The City of Lawrence seeks bids from qualified vendors interested in providing, for a three-year contract period, Custodial Cleaning Services at the City Hall Annex, 255 Essex Street and City Hall located at 200 Common Street. These spaces are four floors consisting of offices, restrooms, classrooms and general areas that house office cubicles. City Hall Annex houses the MVWIB and MassHires and provides employment and training services to Lower Merrimack Valley job seekers and is a busy, high traffic building as is City Hall. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
