Oakwood Avenue Phase 1 Water and Sewer Improvements Project

The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for 4,130 linear feet of sewer main replacement, 5,750 linear feet of sanitary sewer main clean, CCTV, and CIPP lining, 3,550 linear feet of sanitary sewer lateral removal and replacement (including sanitary sewer chimneys), the removal and replacement of 13 sanitary sewer manholes, the removal and replacement of 33 sanitary sewer frames and covers, the installation of 3,290 linear feet of water main, water main accessories and the renewal of 1,760 LF of water services. The project also includes the temporary and permanent restoration of the existing roadway, lawn area, sidewalk, curbing and driveway aprons, along with support equipment and accessories as shown and specified. The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for 8,230 linear feet of sanitary sewer main cleaning, CCTV, and CIPP lining, 1,250 linear feet of sanitary sewer lateral removal and replacement (including sanitary sewer chimneys), the removal and replacement of 45 sanitary sewer frames and covers, the installation of 2,820 linear feet of water main, water main accessories and the renewal of 68 water services. The project also includes the temporary and permanent restoration of the existing roadway, lawn area, sidewalk, curbing and driveway aprons, along with support equipment and accessories as shown and specified.
