Demolish existing indoor steam absorption chillers, outdoor cooling tower, chilled water pumps and all associated accessories. • Provide and install two new roof mounted air cooled chillers. • Provide and install new chilled water pumps. • Provide and install new chilled water piping. • Provide new DDC temperature controls for chillers and chilled water pumps and connect to existing BMS. • All miscellaneous work required for the above tasks
