Description

This project is an access improvements project for a proposed shopping center (known as MidTown Centre). This project consists of various roadway improvements on AL-003 (US-31), Black & Gold Drive, Hobbs Street, and Sam Drive. Improvements along AL-003 (US-31) also include the installation of a new signalized intersection at the intersection of AL-003 and Black & Gold Drive, as well as signalized intersection upgrades at the intersection of AL-003 and Hobbs Street. This project also consists of the construction of a single-lane roundabout on Pryor Street, as well as the construction of a connector road between the proposed Midtown Centre and the Pryor Street roundabout.
