As-Needed LCP Tracker Helpdesk Support and Other Construction Contracts Unit Needs

Provide Software Support For Mdot’s Prevailing Wage And Labor Compliance System (Lcptracker). Lcptracker Is Used On All Federally Funded Construction Contracts To Facilitate The Submission, Review, And Approval Of Certified Payroll Reports And Associated Prevailing Wage Documents. Services Include But Are Not Limited To: Support For Mdot Let Federal-Aid Construction Contracts Utilizing Lcptracker Including Internal And External Customer Support, Troubleshoot Software Issues, And Resolve User Support Calls And Emails To The Help Desk. Support For Mdot 2124a Employment Reporting System (Mers). Assist With Engineer Certification Reviews. Review Of Tier Iii Contract Modifications. The Consultant Must Designate Two Key Staff To Fulfill This Role. One Staff Member Will Serve As The Primary Full-Time Resource Expert. The Second Staff Member Will Serve As The Part-Time Resource Expert To Back Up The Primary Resource For Peak Demands And For Times When Primary Resource Staff Member Is Not Available. The Consultant Staff Will Work At The Cfs Lansing Office Or Virtually As a Member Of The Construction Contracts Team. The Work Location Will Be Determined By The Covid-19 Pandemic Work Restrictions In Place At The Time.
