Description

Consists of exterior restoration of approximately 5,480 sqft of limestone surfaces and 7,240 sqft of masonry surfaces. The restoration involves masonry repointing, replacement of deteriorated brick, stripping of paint from cast stone, restoration of damaged limestone, masonry and limestone cleaning and water repellant treatments. In addition to masonry work, spot rust tains removal, replacement of cauling, painting of steel lintels and railing is part of this project. Lead, asbestos and PCB cauling mitigation is also included in the project scope.
