| Description | Consists of the construction of Class “D” Hot-Mix Asphalt pavement patching at a location by location basis within the Village of Roscoe. The contract work includes Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal, Pavement Removal, Aggregate Base Preparation, Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder and Surface Replacement, PCC Curb & Gutter, PCC Flatwork, Traffic Control, and other related work items. In some locations, the Village may provide limited milling or other preparation of the pavement/curb prior to the patching/paving work to be completed by the contractor. The Village will notify the contractor of the type of work required at each location. |
