Memorial Park Improvements Project

**Per Civil Engineer, bid rejected, this will rebid at a later date. The Contractor shall conduct his operations and take all special precautions necessary to protect equipment, utility lines, roadways, and subsurface, submerged and overhead facilities which are to remain in place and undisturbed by his operations under this Contract. The Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner ofthe facilities which are disturbed, damaged or injured as a result ofthe Contractor's operations, and determine the proper method ofreplacing, repairing or restoring the affected facilities at least to the conditions which existed prior to the Contractor's operations. The Contractor shall, at his own expense, replace, repair or restore the affected facilities to their original condition or shall reimburse the Owner ofsaid facilities for such expenses as the said Owner may accrue in performing the work, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to receive\ additional compensation under this Contract for such work. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ACQUIRE BID DOCUMENTS FROM SENATE DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
