Description

Construction of the San Luis Valley Complex HQ-Visitor Center building, at Alamosa National Wildlife Refuge. San Luis Valley Complex HQ and Visitor Center will be a 4221 square foot facility, will serve as the new HQ facility for the Alamosa National Wildlife Refuge and other associated FWS functions in the San Luis Valley area. Work will include construction of: Parking Lot/Sidewalks, Access Road, new domestic Water Supply Well system to include the enclosure, Liquid Propane and Garbage Dumpster enclosures, mounded Leach field/Septic system, and Exterior Electrical power supply system.
