Description

The project includes renovations to Westwood Manor including, but not limited to, roof and gutter replacement, sewer repairs, new entry porch, kitchen upgrades, light fixture upgrades, exterior painting, and additional miscellaneous repairs. This project will be constructed for Purdue University with J.R. Kelly Company, Inc. acting as the Construction Manager as Constructor. Bids shall be accepted for various Bid Packages as defined within the Bid Documents. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. All Bids must be submitted on Form 96 accompanied by an executed Form 96A (as described by the State Board of Accounts) giving financial data as recent as possible, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit together with other documents as required by the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by the Contractor's written plan for a program to test the Contractor's Employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18. The Instructions to Bidders contained in the Specifications for the Project are by this reference made a part hereof, and all Bidders shall be deemed advised of the provisions thereof, and of the General Conditions of the Contract, Specifications, Plans and Drawings for the project. J.R. Kelly Company, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any of the terms, conditions, and provisions contained in this Advertisement for Bids or the Instructions to Bidders or any informality, irregularity, or omission in any bid, provided that such waiver shall, in the discretion of J.R. Kelly Company, be advantageous to The Trustees of Purdue University.
