Painting for SBR Walls

To provide materials, equipment and labor for painting of the SBR Walls at Public Works Waste Water 551 SE 8th St. Homestead, FL 33030. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out. Power pressure wash and surface preparation including wiping and cleaning of all exterior walls o North Wall: 250’x25’= 6,250’ sq feet o South Wall: paint all small and large pipe tubing as well as the small isolated structure. o West Wall: 12’x9’,126’x7’=990’ sq feet o East Wall: 10’x13’, 20’x25’, 120’x8’=1,590’ sq feet Remove any chips, peeling paint, and repair any cracks Furnish and install all applicable primer coating materials for all exterior surfaces Furnish and install all applicable paint coating materials for all exterior surfaces Contractor shall furnish/install paint materials on all exterior wall Exterior surfaces shall include one (1) coat of primer and two (2) coats of paint
