Description

The project encompasses the demolition of the existing 410 Building and warehouse (formerly the Alagasco headquarters offices and repair/maintenance wareho use) and the construction of approximately 250 new asphalt parking spaces on the demolition site. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, t he following: complete demolition and off-site disposal of an approximately 40,000 sf footprint building and adjoining concre te and asphalt; erosion and sedimentation control; stormwater pipe and structures; earthwork and grading; asphalt pavement; striping; concrete curbs and sidewalks; fencing; landscaping; irrigation; and, site lighting and electrical.
