Replacing and upgrading the existing wood pier decking and railings to meet the Florida Building Code, 2020 Edition. Railing system to be reconstructed to prevent a 4” diameter sphere from passing through openings. 2.. Inspecting and replacing any damaged or deteriorated pier structural components. 3..
